COVID-19 Updates
5.12.23

As of May 12th, 2023, we do not have any positive cases of COVID-19 among our residents or staff members. Our staff members and residents who tested positive in recent weeks have fully recovered.
At Altoona Nursing and Rehab, we want to assure you that we are adhering to infection control practices throughout our facility. We continue to stay in touch with the County Health Department to ensure we are following the most up-to-date policies and procedures to defend against the spread of the virus. Per our current policy, we may accept and admit COVID positive residents to our community. However, this does not require notification, nor does this put our community in outbreak status.
Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
Sincerely,
Shannon Minshall, Administrator
